This approach eliminates concerns regarding inflated pricing, as customers can be confident that builder profits are not increased at their expense.
Caliber Residential does not employ in-house crews. Instead, we work with a dedicated network of professional, insured subcontractors who are highly specialized in their respective trades.

We provide a builder’s warranty for one year, which covers materials, workmanship, and mechanical systems. Some product manufacturers also offer extra warranties for certain items.

Yes. A formal new construction home orientation is conducted before your move-in date. This provides an opportunity to review all home features, discuss necessary maintenance procedures, and explain warranty coverage.
